Walk down some steps by the first bridge in Matlock and you'll find yourself in a scenic location on the banks of the River Derwent.
Top class food and great service - This restaurant is a new addition to Matlock and its food and service are outstanding. We have visited several times since it opened and have enjoyed our visit each time.
A must to visit on your trip to Matlock - I have had the pleasure in visiting Stones Restaurant on a couple of occasions since its opening earlier this year and I can honestly say I cannot find any fault...

Thursday and Friday - 12-2PM
Saturday- 12-2.30PM
Sunday- 12-3PM (last orders 2.30pm)
DINNER
Tuesday- Saturday 6-9PM
CLOSED- Monday (lunch and dinner), Tuesday & Wednesday lunch, Sunday dinner
UNFORTUNATELY THE RESTAURANT DOES NOT HAVE DISABLED ACCESS. The restaurant is accessed by a set of stairs with rails either side but no ramps or alternative access for wheelchairs . Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
